How long does it last?
Ten days from the make date, refrigerated. Every jar is labeled with the date it was made and the best-by date.
Is it cooked?
No. That's the point. It's chopped, limed, salted and jarred - nothing is heated, nothing is added to make it keep.
How spicy is Crazy Hot?
Hot enough that we make you say it out loud when you order. Medium is where most people land.
Can I get a mix of fruits?
Yes - mixed fruit varieties are available upon special request. Call, text or email us before the drop's order cutoff.
Is it vegan?
No - our salsa is not vegan. Ask us for the full ingredient list if you have dietary needs or allergies.
How do I pay?
Upfront, before make day - we make fresh to order and only take pre-orders. Call, text or email us for payment options.
Can I just buy a jar on delivery day?
We only make what's been pre-ordered, so there usually isn't extra. Get on the next drop (or the standing list) so we make yours.
Why can I only order a half gallon the first time?
New customers are capped at a half gallon until we've delivered to you once. It keeps the batch honest and stops mistaken or fake orders eating the jars your neighbors wanted.
